Guide to Reinstalling Your Server or Installing a New OS
If you need to delete all data from your service and set up a new blank server, or if you want to install a different operating system, follow these steps:

Log In to Your Client Area
Access your account by logging in. -
Navigate to the Services Tab
Click on the "Services" tab in the dashboard. -
Select the Service to Manage
Choose the specific service you wish to reinstall. -
Go to the Control Panel
Scroll down to the "Control Panel" section and click on the "Install" tab. -
Choose Your OS
Select the operating system and version you want to install. -
Set Your New Password
Enter your new password twice for confirmation, then click the "Reinstall" button. -
Acknowledge Data Loss
Read the warning about data loss carefully and click "OK" to proceed. -
Wait for Reinstallation
Your server will begin the reinstallation process. This may take 5 to 10 minutes. Once completed, you can try connecting to it. It should now have a fresh operating system.
