Connecting to your Windows VPS using RDP protocol
Servers come with the RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) pre-enabled. Follow this guide to connect to your server:
1. After purchase, you will receive your login details in your email. Alternatively, you can obtain them by reinstalling the operating system through the control panel.
2. If you're using Windows, open the "Remote Desktop Connection" application on your computer to begin the connection process.
3. In the "Computer" field, enter the IP address of your server, then click "Connect."
4. After clicking "Connect," you'll be prompted to enter your username and password. The username is always "Administrator", and the password can be found in the Welcome email you received (the one containing the IP address). Once you've entered the details, click "OK."
You can also check the "Remember Me" option if you'd like to save your RDP login credentials, though this is optional.
5. If you've entered everything correctly, you should now see the desktop of your remote server.
Troubleshooting:
Problem:
I see error "Logon Attempt Failed".
Solution:
Most likely you didn't use "Administrator" username, if you made sure you did, check if you pasted password correctly without any white spaces or special characters. If you made sure that both password and username is valid, please try resetting it using "Way 1" on this guide. If it still shows this error please contact our support.
