Terms of Payment with Cryptocurrency

1. Introduction
These Terms of Payment ("Terms") govern the use of cryptocurrency payments for transactions with 3K33 sp. z o.o. ("the Company"). By making a payment using cryptocurrency, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accepted Cryptocurrencies
The Company accepts payments in the following cryptocurrencies directly through our proprietary Bitcart payment solution:

  • USD Coin (USDC)

Additionally, we accept other cryptocurrencies via the Trocador.app widget.

3. Payment Networks
Payments by USD Coin must be made on the following networks:

  • Ethereum (ETH)

  • Polygon (MATIC)

4. Payment Amounts
To ensure correct processing, clients must pay the exact amount as shown by Trocador.app Aggregator when using the Trocador.app widget. Any discrepancies in the payment amount may result in transaction failures or delays.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any issues related to payments made outside of USDC on the specified networks (ETH and MATIC) via our proprietary Bitcart payment solution. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of funds, transaction failures, or delays.

6. Third-Party Payment Providers
For payments made using other cryptocurrencies through Trocador.app Aggregator or any other third-party providers chosen by the user, the Company disclaims all responsibility. The user acknowledges that the Company is not liable for any issues arising from such transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Payment processing errors

  • Delays in transaction confirmation

  • Loss of funds

7. User Responsibility
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they are using the correct cryptocurrency and network for their transactions. The Company will not be responsible for any errors made by the user in selecting the cryptocurrency or network.

8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
