  • Client Area – the customer panel at clientarea.strike.bz, including the server control panel available through it.
  • Consumer – a natural person who concludes the Agreement for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity. To the extent required by Polish law, the provisions on Consumers also apply to a natural person running a sole proprietorship who concludes the Agreement directly related to that business, where the Agreement is not of a professional nature for them, in particular in light of the business activity registered in CEIDG.
  • Content – any data, software, files and other information stored, processed or transmitted by the Customer or third parties using the Services.
  • Customer or you – the person or entity that places an Order or uses the Services.
  • DSA – Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
  • GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
  • Order – the Customer's declaration made in the Client Area, aimed at concluding the Agreement for a specific Service.
  • Server – a virtual private server (VPS), a dedicated server or another server we make available to the Customer, including a Windows server accessed via RDP, with the parameters specified in the Order.
  • Services – the services we provide, in particular Servers (such as VPS and dedicated servers), their add-ons (such as additional IPv4 addresses, disk space, transfer and port speed) and backups.

  • Website – strike.bz and clientarea.strike.bz.

3. General Provisions

3.1. These Terms set out the rules for using the Website and the Services. They are the terms and conditions required by Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

3.2. The Agreement also includes the Privacy Policy and the product description and price shown in the Order. If these documents conflict, these Terms prevail, except that the Order prevails as to the parameters and price of the Service.

3.3. These Terms are available free of charge on the Website, in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed. The Customer must accept them before placing an Order.

3.4. Browsing the Website does not require an account. Using the Client Area and ordering Services requires an account (Section 4).

4. Account and Eligibility

4.1. To order Services, the Customer creates an account in the Client Area. We do not require identity documents or identity verification (no KYC).

4.2. The Customer must provide a working email address and the data marked as required in the form. The data must not impersonate another person. We send invoices, service notices and statements of reasons to the account email address, so the Customer must keep it active and check it regularly. A Business Customer who needs a VAT invoice must provide its company name, address and tax ID.

4.3. The Customer must be at least 13 years old. A Customer under 18 may conclude the Agreement only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

4.4. The Customer must keep login credentials confidential and is responsible for activity on their account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. The Customer must notify us without delay of any unauthorised access.

4.5. We do not recover accounts under any circumstances. If the Customer loses access to their email address, password, two-factor authentication or any other credential, we will not restore access to the account, whatever proof is offered. This protects accounts from takeover, as we do not verify identity. The Customer should store their credentials and two-factor backup codes safely.

5. Technical Requirements and Risks

5.1. To use the Website and the Client Area, the Customer needs a device with internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email account. To use a Server, the Customer also needs an SSH client (Linux) or an RDP client (Windows).

5.2. Using services provided electronically involves risks such as malware, phishing, interception of data and unauthorised access to accounts or servers. Any server reachable from the internet is regularly scanned and attacked. The Customer should use strong, unique passwords or SSH keys, keep the operating system and software up to date, configure a firewall and keep backups.

5.3. The Website uses only cookies necessary for its operation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Services

6.1. We provide unmanaged Servers, such as virtual private servers (VPS) and dedicated servers, in the locations offered in the Client Area, together with the add-ons ordered by the Customer. The parameters of each Service, such as CPU, RAM, disk, transfer, port speed, IP addresses and location, are those stated in the Order.

6.2. The Customer receives full administrative (root or administrator) access to the Server and alone administers its operating system, software, configuration and security.

6.3. Network connectivity is an integral part of the Server and is provided only to make the Server reachable. IP addresses are assigned for the duration of the Agreement, for use with the Server only; the Customer acquires no rights to them and may not use addresses not assigned to it. We may change an assigned IP address for technical or legal reasons, giving at least 7 days' notice where possible.

6.4. We do not provide Microsoft licences. Any Windows installation image available in the Client Area is provided without a licence. A Customer who uses Windows on a Server must bring their own valid licence (BYOL) that permits use in the relevant third-party hosting environment (for a VPS, shared infrastructure), and is solely responsible for its activation, for compliance with Microsoft's licence terms and for the consequences of any unlicensed use.

6.5. On VPS, unless the product description states that cores are dedicated, vCores are shared. Each VPS is guaranteed at least 25% of the purchased vCores (for example, 4 vCores guarantee the equivalent of 1 physical core), unless the product description states a lower share. Temporary spikes are allowed. We may throttle CPU usage only when our monitoring detects performance problems on the whole host node, and only to the extent needed to share resources fairly.

6.6. Bandwidth is shared, and an advertised port speed (for example 1 Gbps) is a maximum, not a guaranteed throughput. On plans with unlimited (unmetered) transfer, if a Server's traffic is extremely high and degrades the service for others, we may limit its port speed to 100 Mbps or lower; if usage remains excessive after we have tried to resolve the issue with the Customer, we may also decline to renew the Service for the next Billing Period. On plans with a transfer limit, both inbound and outbound traffic count towards the limit; once it is used up, the speed is reduced to 10 Mbps until the limit resets at the end of the calendar month or of the Billing Period, depending on the plan.

6.7. Support is provided through tickets in the Client Area and by email, in English and Polish. It covers the infrastructure: hardware, network, virtualisation and the control panel. It does not include administering the Customer's operating system or software.

6.8. Network status and incidents are published at status.strike.bz.

6.9. We do not guarantee, and are not responsible for: (a) the geolocation assigned to an IP address by third-party databases, which may be inaccurate or change; (b) the reachability of a Server or IP address from particular countries, regions or networks, including where access is blocked or restricted by censorship; (c) the reputation of an assigned IP address, including whether it is listed on blocklists; (d) connection speed, latency or routing to particular countries, regions or networks; or (e) throttling, filtering or blocking of traffic by third-party firewalls, internet service providers or other networks. Where possible, we may help, for example by requesting delisting or assigning a different IP address.

7. Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement

7.1. The Customer places an Order in the Client Area by selecting the Service, its parameters, add-ons and Billing Period, accepting these Terms and paying the invoice.

7.2. Before payment, the Client Area shows the total price for the selected Billing Period, including any VAT.

7.3. The Agreement is concluded when the payment for the Order is credited. The Service is then activated: a VPS usually automatically within minutes, other Servers as soon as they are set up. The Customer receives an email confirming the conclusion of the Agreement and containing the access details.

7.4. We may refuse an Order or cancel it before activation if: (a) the Service is out of stock; (b) the price or description contains an obvious error; (c) there is a reasonable suspicion of payment fraud or of use contrary to Section 11; (d) an earlier Agreement with the Customer was terminated for a breach of Section 11; or (e) accepting the Order would breach the law, including sanctions. Any payment already made is then refunded in full under Section 9.7, unless the law prohibits it.

7.5. Promotions, discounts and free trials may be subject to additional rules shown with the offer. Affiliate commissions are credited only as Store Credit, under the affiliate program rules in the Client Area.

8. Prices, Payments and Renewals

8.1. Prices are shown in the Client Area in EUR, USD or PLN, as chosen by the Customer. Prices for Consumers include VAT where it applies. A Business Customer established outside Poland that provides a valid VAT number or other proof of business status is invoiced without Polish VAT (reverse charge or outside the scope of Polish VAT).

8.2. VAT depends on the Customer's country of residence or establishment. To determine it, we rely on the country indicated by the Customer and on other information, such as the IP address used to place the Order or payment details. The Customer must indicate their country truthfully.

8.3. The payment methods available for an Order are those shown in the Client Area at checkout. We may add, change or remove payment methods, including cryptocurrencies, networks and payment providers, at any time; this does not require an amendment to these Terms and does not affect payments already made. The Customer may use only payment methods they are entitled to use.

8.4. Services are prepaid for each Billing Period. Discounts for longer Billing Periods are shown at checkout.

8.5. Before the end of each Billing Period, we issue a renewal invoice and send it by email. The Service is renewed for the next Billing Period, on the same terms, when the invoice is paid. If the Customer has enabled automatic payments (for example a saved card or Store Credit), the invoice is paid automatically; the Customer may disable this at any time in the Client Area.

8.6. If a renewal invoice is not paid by the end of the Billing Period, the Service is suspended. If it remains unpaid, the Service is deleted on the fourth day after the end of the Billing Period (the invoice due date) and the Agreement ends. Its data may still be recoverable from a backup under Section 14.2.5.

8.7. Invoices are issued electronically and made available in the Client Area and by email; the Customer accepts electronic invoices. Where Polish law requires, invoices are also issued through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

8.8. The following rules apply to payments in cryptocurrency:

8.8.1. At present, we accept USD Coin (USDC) directly through our own payment gateway, on the Ethereum and Polygon networks. Other cryptocurrencies can be paid through a third-party exchange widget, which converts them before they reach us.

8.8.2. The Customer must send the exact amount shown at checkout, in the correct cryptocurrency, on the correct network and to the address shown. A payment in a different amount, cryptocurrency or network, or to a wrong address, may fail, be delayed or be lost, and we may be unable to recover it. We are not liable for losses resulting from such errors.

8.8.3. When paying through a third-party exchange provider, the Customer uses that provider's service under its own terms. We are not responsible for that provider's processing errors, delays or loss of funds, unless they were caused by us.

8.8.4. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded only as described in Sections 9.6 and 9.7.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

9.1. Services are activated immediately after payment. By accepting these Terms when placing an Order, the Customer expressly requests that we start providing the Service immediately, before the 14-day period for withdrawal from a distance contract has expired, and acknowledges and agrees that they thereby waive their right of withdrawal from the Agreement.

9.2. All payments are final and non-refundable, except for the refunds expressly provided for in these Terms.

9.3. The Customer may request a full refund of the price paid for a VPS within 24 hours of its purchase. This refund applies only to VPS; no other Service is refundable under this Section.

9.4. A refund under Section 9.3 is not available for a Service suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms. We may also refuse it where the Customer repeatedly orders Services and requests refunds.

9.5. To request a refund, the Customer contacts support@strike.bz or opens a ticket, stating the invoice number and the reason for the request. We process refunds under Section 9.3 within 14 days; the VPS is then terminated and its data deleted.

9.6. Refunds under Section 9.3 are made to the original payment method or, if the Customer prefers, as Store Credit. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded under Section 9.3 only as Store Credit. Store Credit resulting from a refund cannot be paid out.

9.7. Refunds due under Sections 7.4, 13.6, 17.4 and 19.4 are made within 14 days using the payment method the Customer used, unless the Customer chooses Store Credit. Cryptocurrency payments are never refunded in cryptocurrency; they are refunded only by SEPA bank transfer in EUR to a bank account held in the Customer's own name, never to a third party, up to the price paid, with amounts in other currencies converted to EUR at the exchange rate applicable on the day of the refund. We may withhold or suspend any refund under these Terms where sanctions or anti-money laundering law requires it.

9.8. Partial refunds are given only under Section 9.7. We may, at our discretion, grant a partial refund in other exceptional cases.

10. Customer Obligations

10.1. The Customer must use the Services in accordance with the law, these Terms and good practice, and must not provide, store or transmit unlawful content.

10.2. The Customer is responsible for all Content and all activity on their Services, including activity of persons to whom the Customer gives access, such as users of a VPN or other service the Customer runs on a Server.

10.3. The Customer must secure their Server and remove malware or vulnerabilities promptly after becoming aware of them.

10.4. The Customer represents that they are not subject to EU restrictive measures (sanctions), do not act on behalf of a person subject to them, and will not use the Services in breach of EU sanctions, including the bans on distributing content of sanctioned media outlets.

10.5. A Business Customer shall indemnify us against third-party claims and administrative fines resulting from its Content or its breach of these Terms, including reasonable legal costs. A Consumer is liable for such damage under generally applicable law.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

11.1. The Customer must not use the Services, or allow them to be used, for:

  1. child sexual abuse material, or any content or activity that sexually exploits or otherwise endangers minors;
  2. any activity or content that is illegal under the law of Poland, of the European Union or of the country where the Server is located;
  3. malware, phishing, fraud, scam websites, carding or botnet command-and-control servers;
  4. spam or other unsolicited bulk email, including mail bombing;
  5. denial-of-service attacks against any target;
  6. port scanning, network scanning, brute-force attacks, exploiting vulnerabilities, or any other unauthorised access to systems, networks or data;
  7. IP spoofing or other manipulation of IP addresses, including use of addresses not assigned to the Customer;
  8. running Tor exit nodes without prior written approval (Tor relays that are not exit nodes, and Tor bridges, are permitted without restrictions);
  9. cryptocurrency mining;
  10. activities that cause our IP addresses to be listed on public blocklists such as Spamhaus or AbuseIPDB;
  11. infringing the intellectual property rights or personal rights of others, including privacy;
  12. terrorist content, illegal hate speech or incitement to violence;
  13. impersonating us or other persons;
  14. disrupting the Services, other customers or our infrastructure, including resource use beyond Sections 6.5 and 6.6.

11.2. Running a VPN or similar privacy service for the Customer or their users is permitted, provided the Customer handles abuse caused by those users in accordance with Section 12.

12. Abuse Reports and Authority Requests

12.1. Under Articles 11 and 12 DSA, the single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and recipients of the Services is support@strike.bz. Communication is accepted in English and Polish.

12.2. Anyone may report content or activity they consider illegal or contrary to these Terms through the Report Abuse form or by email to abuse@3k33.pl. A notice should include: (a) an explanation of why the content or activity is illegal or contrary to these Terms; (b) its exact location, such as the IP address, URL, port and timestamps with time zone, with logs where relevant; (c) the name and email address of the person reporting, except for reports of child sexual abuse material; and (d) a statement confirming the good-faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

12.3. We confirm receipt of a notice to the email address provided, assess it in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner, and inform the person reporting of our decision and of the available redress.

12.4. We forward a notice concerning a Service to the Customer, without the reporting person's identity unless strictly necessary. The Customer must respond within 24 hours, explaining the matter and the action taken. If the Customer does not respond within 24 hours, we may suspend the Service. If no response is received within 7 days, we may terminate the Agreement.

12.5. We may suspend a Service, block an IP address or port, or limit traffic without prior notice where this is necessary to stop an ongoing attack, malware, phishing, child sexual abuse material or another serious threat to people, the network or third parties, or where an authority order requires it.

12.6. When we restrict a Service because we consider Content or activity illegal or contrary to these Terms, we send the Customer a statement of reasons under Article 17 DSA. The statement describes the restriction and its duration, the facts relied on, whether automated means were used, and the legal or contractual ground. No statement is sent if the Customer's contact details are unknown or if the law or an authority order prohibits it.

12.7. The Customer may contest a decision by replying to the statement of reasons. We review the decision and respond within 14 days, reversing it if it was unjustified. The Customer may also bring the matter before a court.

12.8. Where a breach is the Customer's first, is not illegal, and there is no evidence that the Service was used to obtain or store data without authorisation, we may reinstate the Service at the Customer's request for a one-time reinstatement fee of EUR 100 (or the equivalent in other supported currencies).

12.9. We do not monitor or inspect Content stored on Servers. We act on notices, authority orders and our network monitoring. Network monitoring is automated and limited to traffic data, such as volumes and flows, to detect attacks and abuse. Decisions to suspend or terminate a Service are taken by a person, except automatic temporary measures needed to stop an ongoing attack.

12.10. We disclose Customer data, or restrict Content at an authority's request, only when required by law binding on us and on the basis of an order of a competent authority. We inform the Customer of an order concerning their Service unless the law or the order prohibits it.

12.11. If we become aware of information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we inform the competent law enforcement or judicial authorities (Article 18 DSA). Child sexual abuse material is always reported to the competent authorities.

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1. The Agreement is concluded for the Billing Period and is renewed for further Billing Periods by payment of the renewal invoice (Section 8.5).

13.2. The Customer may cancel a Service at any time in the Client Area or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period or, if the Customer requests, immediately. Cancellation does not give a right to a refund, except under Section 9.3.

13.3. We may suspend a Service: (a) if a renewal invoice is unpaid (Section 8.6); (b) under Sections 12.4 and 12.5; (c) if the Service threatens the security or stability of the network or of other customers; (d) where required by law or an authority order; or (e) while a payment dispute (chargeback) initiated by the Customer concerning that Service is pending. A suspension lasts only as long as its reason.

13.4. We may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if: (a) the Customer stores or distributes child sexual abuse material; (b) the Customer seriously or repeatedly breaches Section 11; (c) the Customer does not respond to an abuse notice within 7 days (Section 12.4); (d) the Service was obtained by fraud or paid for with a payment method the Customer was not entitled to use; or (e) continuing the Service would breach the law, including sanctions.

13.5. We may also terminate the Agreement with at least 30 days' notice for the following important reasons: discontinuation of the Service or of a location; loss of access to the data centre, IP addresses or upstream connectivity needed to provide the Service; or a change in the law that prevents its provision.

13.6. If we terminate the Agreement under Section 13.5, or under Section 13.4(e) without the Customer's fault, the Customer may choose migration to a comparable Service in another location, if available, or a refund of the price for the unused part of the Billing Period (Section 9.7).

13.7. When the Agreement ends, the Server is deprovisioned and all data on it are permanently deleted and the assigned IP addresses return to us. We are not obliged to keep copies. Backups may be kept for a limited time in accordance with Section 14.2, and are then deleted.

13.8. We may delete an account that has had no active Services and no Store Credit for 12 consecutive months.

13.9. Provisions that by their nature should survive the end of the Agreement, such as those on payments, liability and disputes, survive it.

14. Data, Backups and Security

14.1. The Customer is solely responsible for backing up their Content. We recommend keeping backups outside our infrastructure.

14.2. We make backups of VPS (and of other Servers where the product description says so) as an additional safeguard; they do not replace the Customer's own backups (Section 14.1). The following rules apply:

14.2.1. Backups are, as a rule, made every night. We do not guarantee that a backup is created on a given night or that it can be restored, as backups may fail or not be created for technical reasons.

14.2.2. We usually keep backups from about the last three days. Depending on available storage, we may keep more or fewer, and we may delete any backup at any time.

14.2.3. After a Service is deleted, we may keep its backups for up to 60 days, depending on available storage capacity, but are not obliged to. We may delete them earlier to free up space for newer backups.

14.2.4. Restoring a backup at the Customer's request costs a one-time fee of 50% of the Service's monthly price (or its monthly equivalent) or EUR 10 (or the equivalent in other supported currencies), whichever is higher. No fee is charged if the restoration is needed because of a failure for which we are responsible.

14.2.5. If a Service was deleted for non-payment (Section 8.6) and its backup still exists, the Customer may recover the data by renewing the Service and paying the restoration fee under Section 14.2.4.

14.3. We protect our infrastructure with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access control, isolation between customers' Servers, network filtering and timely security patching of host systems.

14.4. We do not log in to a Server or inspect its Content, except: (a) at the Customer's request, to provide support; (b) where strictly necessary to stop an ongoing attack or a serious threat (Section 12.5); or (c) where required by law or an authority order.

14.5. We acquire no rights to the Content. The Customer grants us a non-exclusive, free-of-charge licence to store, copy (including in backups) and transmit Content only to the extent necessary to provide the Services, for the duration of the Agreement.

15. Personal Data

15.1. We process Customers' personal data, such as email addresses, IP addresses and payment data, as a controller in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy. We collect only the data needed to provide and invoice the Services, handle abuse and meet legal obligations.

15.2. Marketing emails are sent only with the Customer's consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link or by contacting support. Service emails (invoices, notices about the Services, statements of reasons) are part of the Agreement and are sent for as long as it lasts.

16. Availability, Maintenance and Downtime Compensation

16.1. We use reasonable efforts to keep the Services available but do not guarantee a specific uptime.

16.2. We announce planned maintenance in advance, where possible, on status.strike.bz. Urgent maintenance, such as critical security patching, may be carried out without notice.

16.3. If a Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, the duration of the outage is added to the current Billing Period free of charge. We may, at our discretion, grant a longer extension. This does not apply to suspensions under Sections 8.6, 12 and 13 or to outages caused by the Customer.

16.4. Section 16.3 is the only compensation for unavailability, except where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.

17. Complaints and Conformity of the Services

17.1. We are liable under the law for the conformity of the Services with the Agreement throughout the period in which they are provided.

17.2. Complaints may be submitted through a ticket in the Client Area or by email to support@strike.bz. To speed up handling, a complaint should include the Customer's email address or Service identifier, a description of the problem, when it occurred and what the Customer requests.

17.3. We respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If we do not respond to a Consumer's complaint within that period, the complaint is deemed accepted.

17.4. If a Service provided to a Consumer is not in conformity with the Agreement, the Consumer may demand that it be brought into conformity. If this is impossible, we fail to do it within a reasonable time, the non-conformity persists, or it is serious enough to justify it, the Consumer may instead demand a price reduction or, unless the non-conformity is minor, terminate the Agreement. After a price reduction, we refund the proportional difference for the period of non-conformity; after termination, we refund the price for the period of non-conformity and for the unused part of the Billing Period (Section 9.7). These rights arise from the Polish Consumer Rights Act and cannot be excluded or limited.

17.5. For Business Customers, liability for non-conformity is governed by Sections 16 and 18.

18. Liability

18.1. We are not liable for Content stored or transmitted by Customers to the extent provided by law, in particular Article 6 DSA, provided that we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to illegal Content after obtaining actual knowledge of it.

18.2. We are not liable for damage resulting from: (a) the Customer's actions or omissions, including an insecure configuration of the Server; (b) events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as large-scale attacks, failures of third-party networks or power supply not caused by us, natural disasters or acts of public authorities; or (c) suspension or termination of a Service in accordance with these Terms.

18.3. We are liable only for actual loss caused by our fault; liability for lost profits and indirect damage is excluded. Our total liability is limited to EUR 1,000 (or the equivalent in other supported currencies) or 12 times the monthly price of the affected Service (or its monthly equivalent), whichever is lower. These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

18.4. Sections 16.4 and 18.3 also apply to Consumers, except where applicable law prohibits it.

18.5. If the Customer has not kept backups of their Content, this may be taken into account as contributing to the damage under Article 362 of the Polish Civil Code.

19. Changes to the Terms, Services and Prices

19.1. We may change these Terms only for important reasons: (a) a change in the law, or a decision or order of a competent authority, affecting the Services; (b) changes in technology or security requirements; (c) introducing new Services or features, or changing or discontinuing existing ones; (d) changes in how the Client Area works; (e) correcting errors or unclear wording; or (f) a change in our company details.

19.2. We notify Customers of changes by email and in the Client Area. Changes take effect 14 days after the notice, except changes required by law, which apply from the date the law requires. A Customer who does not accept the changes may object before they take effect by opening a ticket or emailing support@strike.bz; the previous version then continues to apply to their Services until the end of the current Billing Period. Renewing a Service after that means accepting the changes, so a Customer who does not accept them should cancel the Service in the Client Area before it renews.

19.3. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice by email. New prices apply from the next Billing Period. The price of a Billing Period already paid never changes.

19.4. We may modify a Service, for example its software, control panel or network configuration, for the reasons listed in Section 19.1 and at no extra cost to the Customer. If a modification has more than a minor negative impact on a Consumer's access to or use of the Service, we inform the Consumer in advance. The Consumer may then terminate the Agreement free of charge within 30 days of the modification or of being informed of it, whichever is later, and receive a refund for the unused part of the Billing Period (Section 9.7).

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

20.1. The Agreement is governed by Polish law. For a Consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country.

20.2. Disputes are resolved by the common court in Poland having jurisdiction over our registered office, unless applicable law prohibits such a choice of court.

20.3. A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, such as the permanent consumer arbitration courts and mediation at the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection in Poland, or free assistance from a municipal or county consumer ombudsman. A list of out-of-court dispute resolution bodies in the EU, including Poland, is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Consumers from other EU countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. Participation in out-of-court proceedings is voluntary, and we do not agree to take part in them; we confirm this when rejecting a Consumer's complaint.

21. Final Provisions

21.1. These Terms apply to Orders placed from the date of their publication on the Website and replace the previous Terms and Conditions. For Agreements concluded earlier, they take effect in accordance with Section 19.2, counting from the moment the Customer is informed of these Terms.

21.2. These Terms are drawn up in English.
