Pending - We are waiting for payment for the service or your service is awaiting deployment.

Active - Your service is deployed and active.

Suspended - You have not paid for the service before due date, therefore your service has been suspended. You can still pay for service and automatically get it back. We keep services in Suspended status for maximally 3 days.
We also suspend services if we for example receive any abuse report. In most cases you can contact us to get your service unsuspended.

Terminated - You forgot to pay for more than 3 days after due date. Your service has been deleted, paying renewal invoice will NOT reinstate your service. We might have a backup, but we ask you to first ask us in Ticket, if we have it. More info about backups is available in seperate article: Backup Loading, Storing, and Pricing at Strike

Cancelled - Most likely, you asked us for refund and we cancelled your service.

Fraud - Our fraud detection software stopped your order.
